Job Description:

The Facility Improvement and Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and promoting the facility within the community. This position is responsible for participating in the facility’s performance improvement program, where you will collaborate with team members to identify areas for enhancement, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performance Improvement: Actively engage in the evaluation of facility operations by collecting and analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting in the development and execution of strategies to enhance overall performance.

• Marketing Activities: Participate in facility marketing initiatives to promote services and build community relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with the facility’s goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of improvement programs and marketing strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Community Engagement: Represent the facility at community events, building awareness and generating interest in the services offered.
