Job description: The Revenue Manager plays a crucial role in the financial success of the hotel by actively participating in annual budgeting and sales and marketing planning processes. This individual will be responsible for generating revenue through strategic pricing and inventory management, analyzing market trends and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability. A degree in Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or a relevant field is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in revenue management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
