Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to join our team and drive revenue growth for our hotel. This pivotal role involves the development and execution of strategic sales plans in alignment with our overall marketing strategy. The Director of Sales will play a key role in achieving annual hotel revenue goals as outlined in the budget, while fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with marketing initiatives to enhance hotel visibility and performance.

• Revenue Management: Set and achieve annual revenue targets, monitoring performance and adjusting approaches as needed to meet financial goals.

• Team Leadership: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive pursuit of objectives, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.

• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Sales Training: Mentor and train team members on effective sales techniques and customer relationship management to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and cultivate relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
