This role is pivotal in driving the growth and efficiency of our Off Premise initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the Off Premise business segment, developing strategic plans that drive performance and align with company-wide objectives.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, particularly in marketing, technology, and culinary teams, to ensure cohesive strategies and project execution across all Off Premise initiatives.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation and optimization of curbside and delivery services, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Digital Innovation: Drive advancements in digital ordering systems, ensuring user-friendly experiences that boost sales and customer loyalty.

• Packaging Development: Lead efforts in packaging innovation, focusing on sustainability and functional design that enhances the Off Premise experience.
