We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Off Premise Business Manager to oversee all aspects of our Off Premise operations. This vital role will manage initiatives related to curbside pickup, delivery, digital ordering, and packaging innovation, ensuring they align seamlessly with our organization’s broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and manage the Off Premise business segment, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Integration with Executive Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure Off Premise initiatives align with marketing, technology, and culinary objectives.

  • Digital Innovation: Drive the development and improvement of our digital ordering platforms, ensuring a user-friendly experience for customers.

  • Curbside & Delivery Optimization: Enhance curbside and delivery services, focusing on turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

  • Packaging Innovation: Spearhead initiatives in packaging that elevate product presentation and maintain food quality during transport.
