These solutions enable issuers to reward, protect and assist cardholders driving overall card usage, retention and brand preference. We are seeking a Director of Product & Commercialization (Canada) to drive product development, go-to-market strategies and the commercialization of key CA&E products, platforms and services in Canada, including Marketing Services, Loyalty & Engagement, and Personalization.This role acts as a vital conduit between Product, Services Business Leads, Account Managers and customers, providing strategic narratives, product knowledge, and developing marketing and communications strategies in partnership with other teams that drive customer value, Mastercard’s revenue growth and, to drive internal and external awareness of CA&E solutions.The ideal candidate is business savvy, a storyteller, passionate about product marketing and communications, proactive in reaching out to internal stakeholders, resourceful at problem solving, an expert in delivering presentations and creating impactful narratives and content, effective in managing key decision makers and engaging Sales teams.
