Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our dynamic team, dedicated to enhancing patient onboarding experiences through a diverse portfolio of digital tools, service offerings, and integrated programs. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions into operational workflows and driving impactful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client services to gather insights and align product developments with organizational goals.
• Analyze data and user feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure that onboarding tools meet patient needs and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product features, workflows, and user guides to support internal teams and clients.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared for successful implementation.
• Support the design and optimization of onboarding experiences, leveraging a mix of digital tools and service offerings to provide a holistic approach.
• Monitor industry trends and integration opportunities to continuously improve our patient onboarding programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare, Technology).
• Proven experience as a product analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
