Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on enhancing our portfolio, which encompasses a diverse array of digital tools, service offerings, and integrated programs aimed at optimizing patient onboarding experiences. As a key contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client services to drive the development and implementation of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and project teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to patient onboarding processes.
• Leverage digital tools and analytics to enhance the onboarding experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the creation and maintenance of integrated programs that streamline patient onboarding efforts.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Partner with sales and marketing to ensure that offerings are effectively communicated and aligned with customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the onboarding process and assist in audits as necessary.
• Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to refine tools and services, ensuring they meet the needs of both patients and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product analysis or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with digital tools and patient management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus.
