Job Description: Product Analyst for Patient Onboarding Portfolio

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our dynamic team focused on enhancing our patient onboarding process through innovative digital tools, strategic service offerings, and integrated programs. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and client services, to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of our onboarding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our digital tools and service offerings designed to support patient onboarding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client services to gather insights and drive alignment on onboarding initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and inform product development strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly articulated and met.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all onboarding processes adhere to relevant regulations and standards, conducting risk assessments as necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process refinement and lead efforts to implement best practices across the onboarding portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, or technology).
  • Proven experience as a product analyst or in a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies that support patient onboarding processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
