Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our patient onboarding portfolio. This role involves a blend of digital tools, service offerings, and integrated programs designed to streamline and improve the patient onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize the existing onboarding processes and digital tools to enhance patient engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client services to ensure a cohesive approach to patient onboarding.
• Participate in the design and implementation of integrated programs that support diverse patient needs.
• Gather and interpret data insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the onboarding workflow.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for onboarding products and processes.
• Support the development of training materials and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (healthcare, business, or technology preferred).
• Proven experience as a product analyst or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in patient engagement and onboarding.
