Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing a comprehensive portfolio that includes a mix of digital tools, service offerings, and integrated programs to enhance patient onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Development: Design and maintain a diverse range of digital tools and services aimed at streamlining patient onboarding experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client services to ensure alignment and success of product initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements and enhancements in digital offerings.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain documentation for product features, user guides, and training materials to support internal teams and end-users.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities for innovation in patient onboarding solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare, Information Technology).
• Proven experience in product analysis, preferably in a healthcare or technology setting.
• Familiarity with digital tools and patient onboarding processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the healthcare industry is a plus.
