Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the enhancement of our patient onboarding portfolio. This role will focus on leveraging a mix of digital tools, service offerings, and integrated programs to streamline the onboarding process for patients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across various departments, including operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain an effective onboarding portfolio that utilizes a blend of digital solutions and services to improve patient experiences.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client services to gather insights and share best practices.

• Data Analysis: Analyze onboarding data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, recommending actionable solutions that enhance the patient journey.

• Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of integrated programs that support patient onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Innovation and Strategy: Contribute ideas and strategies for innovative digital tools and services that can be incorporated into the onboarding process.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all programs and processes adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare, Business, Data Analysis)
• Proven experience as a product analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies related to patient engagement and onboarding
