Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Campaign Development and Digital Design Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on creating engaging campaigns, producing high-quality video content, and designing compelling digital assets for our flagship brands, including Oxygen, E!, SYFY, and Golf Channel. Additionally, you will work with complementary digital platforms such as Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, and GolfPass.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience engagement.
  • Video Production: Collaborate with creative teams to produce captivating video content that resonates with target audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Digital Design: Create visually stunning digital assets that enhance brand visibility and support marketing initiatives. This includes designing graphics, social media posts, and web content.
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical tools to assess campaign performance, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for future projects.
  • Communication: Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Serve as a liaison between creative, marketing, and production departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Brand Integration: Ensure seamless integration of campaigns across linear and digital platforms, optimizing our reach and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign development, video production, and digital design.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and video production software.
