As a Store Condition Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough visual checklists at each store location. Your primary focus will be on assessing store conditions, identifying maintenance issues, addressing safety concerns, and evaluating marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed visual inspections of store environments to ensure they meet company standards.
• Document and report on maintenance issues that require immediate attention or long-term resolution.
• Identify and assess safety concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store marketing displays and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with store management to prioritize and address identified issues.
• Provide actionable feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow-up actions.
