Job Description:

As a Store Visual Checklist Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive visual inspections at various retail locations. Your primary duties will include assessing store conditions, identifying maintenance issues, and evaluating safety concerns to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed visual checklists at each store, focusing on various categories including store cleanliness, organization, and overall atmosphere.
• Identify and document maintenance issues that require attention, and ensure timely communication with the maintenance team for resolution.
• Monitor safety compliance, reporting any potential hazards and recommending corrective actions to uphold safety standards.
• Evaluate marketing displays and promotional materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with store management to implement necessary improvements and ensure consistent adherence to company policies and standards.
• Compile and report findings to upper management, providing insights and suggestions for enhancing store performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using checklists and reporting tools.
