Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Initiatives (70%):

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Manage backroom operations to ensure a seamless marketing workflow, including inventory management of Point of Sale Goods (POGs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Utilize various digital channels, including social media and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• People Development (30%):

  • Design and execute recruitment programs to attract top talent.
  • Implement training and development initiatives to motivate and discipline team members.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pool of future leaders, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • Actively engage with candidates on LinkedIn and other digital platforms to nurture relationships and promote opportunities within our organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and recruitment, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• A passion for talent development and team dynamics.
