Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Management and Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing both digital and physical repositories of data while supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Management:

  • Control access to and maintain organized databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the digitization of physical records and maintain accurate digital repositories.

• Client Meetings:

  • Facilitate client meetings, gathering feedback and understanding client needs to support marketing strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the service teams, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.

• Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with campaigns and initiatives that align with client requirements.
  • Utilize database insights to identify potential clients and assist in outreach efforts.

• Compliance and Confidentiality:

  • Ensure compliance with all data management protocols and confidentiality agreements.
  • Maintain awareness of EMCOR’s policies, particularly regarding services outside the organization’s typical offerings.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in database management systems and digital repository tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in client relations or marketing support preferred.
