If you love music and got excited just thinking about joining this amazing organization, we would love to meet you!eCommerce CRM Coordinator – 12 Month ContractThe UMC team works four days a week from our creative campus located in Liberty Village, Toronto and one day to work virtually.We are seeking an organized and data-driven eCommerce CRM Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Director, Audience Development. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and fan engagement for the UMUSIC brand and our artists by executing CRM strategies and optimizing email, SMS, and other direct marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to create impactful email, SMS and web campaigns, leverage customer insights, and support retention initiatives.How you’ll CREATE:CRM Campaign Management:Plan, create and execute email, and SMS campaigns to drive eCommerce sales, fan engagement, and retention.Coordinate promotional campaigns for product launches in collaboration with internal teams.Segmentation & Personalization:Use customer data platforms (CDP) to build and automate audience segments.Develop targeted email and SMS journeys that engage fans across their lifecycle, including post-purchase, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, including open rates, conversions, and revenue impact.Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and segmentation strategies.Content & Web Support:Ensure product launches and promotions are effectively highlighted across email, social, and eCommerce platforms.Collaborate on website content updates and optimize product descriptions for improved discoverability.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:You have 2-3 years of CRM marketing experience including segmentation, and performance analysis.You have experience working with customer data platforms for audience targeting.You have a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a creative mindset.You’ve got strong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing or equivalent work experience.Universal Music Canada is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and strongly welcomes and encourages applications from Indigenous Peoples, people of colour, women, persons with disabilities, people who are 2SLGBTQIA+, and people from other diverse communities.
