Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing and Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role involves managing budgets and finances, as well as developing and executing effective marketing plans to promote our courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Management: Oversee and manage course budgets to ensure financial effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor expenses and track financial outcomes for marketing initiatives.

• Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that effectively promote our courses. Utilize research and market analysis to identify target audiences and optimize outreach efforts.

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to secure pricing and terms that align with budgetary goals and marketing objectives.

• Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

• Timeline Management: Develop, maintain, and monitor timelines for project milestones, ensuring all deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Committee Collaboration: Work closely with internal committees to align marketing strategies with organizational goals, providing updates and insights on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Strong background in marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
