Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Burlington, ON

Description:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and store management
– Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
– Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
– Drive sales through effective merchandising and marketing strategies
– Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
– Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
– Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
– 2+ years of retail management experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Excellent customer service and sales abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
