Job description: What you’ll doReporting to the AVP, Digital Marketing & Journey Ops, the Email Marketing consultant will support our email marketing campaigns across the organization.Build and deploy emails using HTML/CSS/AMPscript through Salesforce Marketing CloudManage and maintain our email marketing calendar in collaboration with internal stakeholdersCollaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, and Digital teams to build segments and design customer journeysDevelop strategies to improve email engagement rates through automation and personalizationProvide analysis and reporting on campaign results, and recommendations for future improvementsProactively report on email marketing trends to provide innovative email channel recommendationsWhat you bring2+ years experience in loyalty marketing or digital communicationsKnowledge of direct marketing industry standards and regulations as they pertain to contact managementExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) for template building and reportingExperience with email deployment and development a plusAdobe Campaign management platforms and Adobe Photoshop experience is desiredExperience with HTML/CSS is desiredAbility to manage multiple, complex projects at once to accomplish business objectivesExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various business groupsExperience in process development and execution / lean methodologySolid understanding of measurement methodologiesWorking knowledge of relational databasesHybridWe value flexibility.
