We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Digital Media Specialist to support our Media, Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Digital teams. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in updating and managing content on our SharePoint-based platform, ensuring that all materials are current, engaging, and reflective of our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Regularly update and maintain digital content on SharePoint, including marketing materials, campaign assets, and other relevant documents.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Media, Brand, Creative, and Digital teams to gather content updates and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

• Quality Assurance: Review and proofread all content before publication to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

• User Support: Assist team members with SharePoint-related inquiries and troubleshooting to ensure smooth access and functionality.

• Reporting & Analytics: Track content performance and provide insights to improve digital marketing strategies and enhance user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing, digital media, or content management role.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
