Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
– Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to clients
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
– Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in a business development role, preferably within the real estate industry
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
– Knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market is a plus
