Sales and Business Development Representative

Our company is seeking a qualified Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and expand our customer base.

Key responsibilities:
– Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers
– Generating new leads and following up on existing leads to drive sales
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
– Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
– Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns
– Meeting sales targets and KPIs
– Providing accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
