Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. While a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We value passion, commitment, and a desire to learn over formal education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles is advantageous.
