Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations and Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries from the public and media, fostering positive relationships, and enhancing our organization’s presence. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from the public and media in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our organization and its initiatives.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze public opinion to inform communication strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Manage and optimize digital communication tools, including social media and website content.
• Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and community outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in media relations or public affairs is a plus.
