We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public and Media Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries from the public and media, ensuring clear and effective communication. You will manage relationships with various stakeholders while promoting our organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from the public and media in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Assist in crafting press releases, media kits, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public sentiment and media trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messages are consistent across all platforms.
• Utilize digital communication tools and social media platforms to engage with the community and disseminate information.
• Organize and support press events, briefings, and other outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in public relations, marketing, or communications preferred.
