You will also provide on-site support during events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Promotion: Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns to promote events, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences.

• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and develop comprehensive strategies to enhance event visibility and attendance.

• On-Site Event Support: Provide logistical support during events, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

• Audience Engagement: Interact with event participants on social media to foster community involvement and encourage participation.

• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from attendees post-event to assess success and inform future marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in event planning or marketing is a plus.
