Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our marketing initiatives across various channels, from digital campaigns to event organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and website content. Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics for maximum impact.

• Campaign Management: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that align with our brand goals. Monitor and report on campaign results to track progress and inform future strategies.

• Event Organization: Plan and execute marketing events, from initial concept through to logistics and post-event analysis. Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure events align with overall marketing goals.

• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment by effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

• Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring a high standard of quality in all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing and event management preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
