In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the transformation of our customer segmentation, tiering, and targeting methods into a cohesive enterprise model. Leading a skilled team, you’ll use advanced data-driven techniques like descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis, customer lifetime value/journey assessment, needs-based segmentation, and customer intent scoring. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar statistical software. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BIStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop segmentation, tiering, and customer targeting strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. Re-imagine current segmentation and tiering approaches into a single enterprise-wide model based on historical spend and future propensity and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)Experience with Customer Segmentation: Previous experience in developing and implementing customer segmentation strategies, including market segmentation, behavioral segmentation, and persona sales and marketing personalization developmentKnowledge of CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, etc., and their use in customer segmentation, tiering and targeting deliveryBusiness Acumen: Strong understanding of business concepts and metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, and CLTV.
