We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, showcase our offerings, and foster long-term relationships.

• Market Research: Identify and analyze potential markets and client segments to target for business expansion. Develop strategies to leverage market insights.

• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.

• Sales Support: Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts to articulate our value proposition effectively and support the sales process.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and improve business outcomes.

• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and establish connections with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
