We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in event planning or coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with our brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to gather requirements and create event timelines.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote events, including social media campaigns and email communication.
• Oversee logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and transportation arrangements.
• Monitor event progress on-site, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure a seamless experience.
• Post-event evaluation, including feedback collection and analysis to improve future events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a strong portfolio of past events.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and marketing tools.
