Job Title: Event Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of our HGV Ultimate Access (HUA) program. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative and customer service support to the marketing package sales teams, assisting in the planning, selling, and execution of various events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to coordinate event logistics and marketing initiatives for HUA.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining event documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content for events.
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
