We are looking for a dynamic Event Coordinator & Digital Engagement Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of running approximately 800 events each year, focusing on creating diverse digital platforms that share engaging industry news and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, ensuring smooth operations from inception to completion.
• Digital Platform Development: Collaborate with our digital team to design and implement platforms that effectively communicate industry news and engage our audience.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, sponsorship, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on event strategies, promotional efforts, and post-event analysis.
• Networking Opportunities: Forge and strengthen business connections within the industry to enhance event value and sponsorship opportunities.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve event experiences and digital engagement strategies.

• Proven experience in event management and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
