Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and micro-businesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies.Position Summary:The Business Performance Analyst will drive strategic success through comprehensive performance tracking and optimization for our Invoicing products (Invoice Simple and Joist), reporting to the Mobile Solutions Market Leader. This role focuses on tracking initiative performance, creating executive-level reporting, and providing critical insights that inform strategic adjustments. As a key member of the market leadership team, you’ll transform performance data into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities:Performance Monitoring & Technical Reporting:Design comprehensive performance monitoring frameworks for strategic initiativesBuild and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting systemsCreate executive dashboards and reporting structures using SQL and visualization toolsTrack progress against strategic OKRs and critical business objectivesDevelop standardized KPI frameworks and technical measurement solutionsPrepare quarterly business reviews and executive performance summariesInitiative Effectiveness Analysis:Monitor the effectiveness and ROI of strategic initiativesProvide objective analysis on program performance and strategic investmentsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities across business initiativesEvaluate resource allocation effectiveness across strategic prioritiesRecommend course corrections for underperforming initiativesStrategic Decision Support:Translate complex performance data into clear strategic insightsIdentify optimization opportunities across the businessSupport strategic planning with performance-based recommendationsProvide data-driven insights for leadership decision-makingDevelop frameworks for evaluating strategic opportunitiesCross-functional Collaboration:Partner with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to establish aligned success metricsSupport Strategic Planning Manager with performance data for OKR developmentCollaborate with Business Development to evaluate partnership performanceWork with Market Leader on strategic reviews and business performanceAssist functional teams in defining and tracking success metricsQualifications:5+ years of experience in performance analytics, business intelligence, or strategic operationsStrong technical skills including proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools, and analytics platformsExperience with data modeling, ETL processes, and building automated reporting solutionsAdvanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for complex data analysisExperience tracking initiative effectiveness and strategic program evaluationBS/BA in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics or related field; MBA preferredStrong understanding of SaaS business metrics and performance indicatorsProven track record of influencing decisions through data-driven insightsExperience with OKR frameworks and strategic planning processesAbility to communicate complex analytics clearly to executive audiencesPersonal Characteristics:Smart and curious.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumenDetail-oriented professional who values accuracy and clarity in reportingNatural collaborator who thrives on improving organizational effectivenessExceptional communicator who can present complex data clearly to all audiencesTeam-oriented professional who builds trust through transparency and insightPassionate about driving business success through measured performanceBenefits & Perks:

Where: Remote, Ontario/CanadaThe EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 – $1250,000 CAD per year in most US locations.
