Job Description: Director of Resident Services

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Resident Services to oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, while also driving sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the community sales leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Care Coordination: Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality care for residents, ensuring that their needs are met in a compassionate and timely manner.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the community, enhance visibility, and attract new residents.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the community sales leader to drive sales efforts, create promotional materials, and represent the community in external events.
• Food Service Oversight: Ensure that food service operations meet resident dietary needs and satisfaction, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Housekeeping Management: Oversee housekeeping services to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure that all operations align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of resident services and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or senior living industry.
• Strong understanding of resident care, sales, marketing, and operational management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire team members.
