Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Executive Director, Streaming to lead the development and implementation of engaging viewer experiences on our digital platforms, with a keen focus on Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) and Connected TV (CTV). This pivotal role will be based in our Orlando newsroom and will report directly to the VP of Digital Content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the vision and strategy for our streaming platforms, ensuring alignment with our overall digital content goals.
• Content Development: Oversee the creation and curation of compelling content tailored for our FAST and CTV audiences, focusing on maximizing viewer engagement and retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and analytics teams to enhance the viewer journey and optimize content distribution across platforms.
• Audience Engagement: Analyze viewer data and trends to refine streaming strategies, ensuring we effectively reach and resonate with our target demographics.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our streaming offerings and viewer experiences.
