Job description: A Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and implementing efficient and effective operational procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor management. The Operations Manager is also responsible for creating action plans to address any issues or challenges that arise, and for continually seeking ways to improve overall operations and guest experiences.
