Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and virtual assistants to develop and execute strategies that effectively communicate our offerings.
• Provide exceptional support to clients throughout their journey towards home ownership, answering queries and offering personalized assistance.
• Assist in the development of training materials and resources for team members and virtual assistants to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
• Manage and promote company-discounted licensing renewals and continuing education opportunities for clients and team members.
