• Work closely with Virtual Assistants to streamline operations and improve client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of our digital platforms, enhancing user experience and accessibility.
• Assist in organizing and promoting company-discounted licensing renewals and continuing education initiatives to support client growth.
