Join our dynamic team as a Digital Experience Specialist and play a pivotal role in enhancing our proprietary Roadmap to Home Ownership, fueled by cutting-edge AI technology. In this position, you will collaborate with the TAG TEAM NATION Marketing Machine and support our Virtual Assistants to streamline processes and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Engagement: Leverage our advanced AI tools to create seamless and intuitive digital experiences for clients navigating the home ownership journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the TAG TEAM NATION marketing team to develop and implement strategies that promote our home ownership roadmap effectively.
• Support Virtual Assistants: Provide training and guidance to virtual assistants, ensuring they understand the digital tools and processes to assist clients efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze user feedback and data to enhance our digital offerings and improve client satisfaction.
• Ongoing Education: Participate in company-sponsored continuing education programs, focusing on digital marketing trends and AI advancements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, user experience design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in customer engagement.
