It’s yours to build.The opportunity: your next adventure awaitsWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Learning and Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both learning and development as you will support with the planning, deployment and delivery of varying initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with those locally and globally assisting in areas such as leadership development, wellbeing, in-person events, effective teaming amongst other things. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about learning and development, looking to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable insights into the field.The successful incumbent will have strong project management skills as they will need to balance multiple initiatives at a time in a fast-paced environment. They will be a key contributor in supporting the delivery of many programs we have throughout the spring and summer.What we look for

• Demonstrated ability and confidence working with technology and learning new software
• Strong project management and prioritization skills, able to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and meet demanding timeframes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple groups across learning and the business
• Proficient in MS Teams, Office 360 and SharePoint
