Job description: As a Summer Student, BI and Analytics, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting marketing operations, digital analytics, and overall business operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis while working closely with experienced professionals and leaders in the field. You will utilize your skills in SQL, Python, R, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to extract insights, optimize processes, and drive informed decision-making across various business functions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams and assist in the analysis of marketing campaigns, including performance metrics, customer segmentation, and ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing KPIs, provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and understand user behavior and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for website optimization, conversion rate improvement, and user experience enhancement.
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for various business operations projects.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R for data analysis, visualization, and automation.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or coursework experience in data analytics, marketing, or business operations is a plus.
  • Relevant project work, GitHub repositories, or portfolio links demonstrating your skills in data analytics and programming.
