Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our canvassing-based marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in generating quality sales leads for our sales representatives, facilitating their follow-up efforts effectively. You will be responsible for identifying potential markets, scheduling outreach activities, and ensuring accountability through established marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will manage the necessary permit requirements within assigned territories, ensuring compliance while maximizing our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Design and execute canvassing strategies aimed at generating sales leads, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing techniques.
• Goal Setting and Accountability: Establish clear marketing goals and KPIs to track progress and measure success. Hold team members accountable for achieving these objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential target markets and scheduling canvassing activities based on data-driven insights.
• Territory Management: Oversee permit acquisition and regulatory compliance in assigned territories, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to local laws and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support and feedback.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, analyzing results to optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation and canvassing-based marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for marketing in various territories.
