Work alongside the FP&A Area:
- Assist with monthly production and rate & retention reports with supporting variance analysis
- Assist with completion of monthly financial analysis pack
- Assist in execution of the annual Plan process including set up of premium, acquisition and expense templates
- Run monthly forecast process including projections for premiums, losses, acquisition cost and expenses
- Assist in developing performance metrics and participate in meetings with management by highlighting key business drivers
- Participate in preparation of quarterly business performance review by working closely executive leadership team
- Participate in projects and initiatives as required
- Provide ad hoc variance analytics as required

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Bachelor’s degree co-op student or recent graduate with a history of strong academic performance
- Pursuing CPA or CFA designation is an asset
- Proven track record in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong analytical, organizational and time management skills; must be detail-oriented
- Ability to conceptualize details and develop action plans for problem solving and decision making
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment with limited supervision
- Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities
- Experience with Microsoft products, with excellent excel skills
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning Tool and BI programs is considered an asset
