Job Description: UDX Finance Support Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented UDX Finance Support Specialist to join our Universal Destinations and Experiences Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Marketing and Sales business partners, ensuring that financial processes align with organizational goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to analyze financial data and provide insights that drive decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and sales strategies.
• Work closely with travel wholesalers and agencies to manage financial transactions and reporting associated with vacation packages.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Support the development of financial models to evaluate the profitability of marketing campaigns and sales programs.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions for improved financial performance.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and provide financial guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies in all finance-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the marketing or sales sectors.
• Familiarity with financial management systems and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
