Job Title: Financial Operations Liaison

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Financial Operations Liaison to serve as a key intermediary between the Finance Department and various critical areas including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. This role is essential for facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between teams, driving process improvements, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between Finance and other departments, ensuring alignment in objectives and streamlined workflows.

• Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process enhancements across departments, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to optimize financial operations.

• Digital Transformation Support: Advocate for and assist in implementing digital tools and technologies to transform financial reporting and analysis, enhancing productivity and accuracy.

• Snowflake to Power BI Integration: Play a pivotal role in advancing the integration of data from Snowflake into Power BI, ensuring accurate and timely reporting that supports decision-making across the organization.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights, and deliver training on new systems and processes related to finance and reporting.

• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance operations, preferably in a cross-functional role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools, especially Snowflake and Power BI.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on process efficiency and digital transformation.
