Job Title: Finance Intermediary Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Intermediary Specialist to serve as a pivotal link between the Finance department and various other teams, including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating effective communication and collaboration among these departments to ensure streamlined operations and comprehensive financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance and other departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparent communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy across financial operations.
• Drive initiatives related to Digital Transformation, leveraging technology to optimize finance-related processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Play a critical role in advancing the integration of Snowflake with PowerBI, enhancing our reporting capabilities and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Tax teams to ensure compliance and uphold best practices in financial reporting and tax regulations.
• Work closely with Revenue Management to develop strategies that align financial goals with business objectives.
• Partner with Marketing to analyze financial impacts of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall financial strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve financial processes and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance, audit, or a related role, with a strong understanding of cross-departmental functions.
• Familiarity with data management tools, particularly Snowflake and PowerBI.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to drive change and advocate for process improvements through innovative solutions.
