Job Description: Finance Intermediary and Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Intermediary to act as a pivotal link between the Finance department and other key areas including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing to streamline communication and coordination, ensuring alignment on financial processes and objectives.

• Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and practices to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions that enhance cross-department collaboration and productivity.

• Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives aimed at incorporating digital tools and technologies that drive innovation in financial processes. Advocate for best practices in data management and analytics.

• Snowflake and Power BI Integration: Play a critical role in advancing the integration of Snowflake with Power BI reporting processes, ensuring accurate data visualization and decision-making support.

• Report Development: Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to develop comprehensive reporting tools that provide real-time financial insights to stakeholders.

• Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members and other departments on new tools and processes to ensure effective implementation and utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance or a related role, with a strong understanding of cross-departmental collaboration.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and Power BI or similar data analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation.
