Job Title: Finance Intermediary and Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a key intermediary between the Finance department and various internal functions, including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. This role is pivotal in facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Finance and other departments, ensuring alignment on objectives, initiatives, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit to streamline reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with the Tax team to optimize tax-related processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Support Revenue Management initiatives by providing financial insights and data analysis.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to align financial strategies with marketing objectives, ensuring a coherent approach to budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Lead efforts in digital transformation by identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancement within financial operations.
  • Play a critical role in advancing the integration of Snowflake with Power BI to improve data visualization and reporting capabilities.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify and implement best practices for process improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance or internal audit roles, preferably in a multi-departmental environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI and Snowflake.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management experience, particularly in digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and revenue management strategies is a plus.
